Sigourney Weaver tells MTV that she's catching up with her "Ghostbusters" co-star Bill Murray next week to chat about the third movie.

Whether that means she's in it, I don't know - it might just mean she's catching up with an old friend to hear about his latest project.

Still, you'd think Weaver would be asked back (She doesn't seem too concerned about it either way).

One interesting thing the actress does bring up is her on-screen son Oscar - and Venkman's potential step-son - and whether he might be one of the 'new' (there are apparently new guys in the script) Ghostbusters the old boys train up. Hmm. Interesting. Can't believe I didn't think of that sooner. Oscar was a baby in "Ghostbusters II" - which was released in, and presume, set in 1989, so that'd make the young guy about, what, 19 now? Perfect. Not quite Paul Rudd/Seth Rogen perfect but maybe Michael Cera or Jonah Hill could pass for a teenage recruit?

Whatever. I'm just talking aloud.
