Is Amanda Woodward moving back to Melrose?

If that tease Michael Ausiello is to be believed (and he’s usually right!), she is indeed.

Heather Locklear is apparently a “lock” to return as the resident vixen on The CW’s new “Melrose Place”, according to the EW columnist. Considering Locklear’s recent bout of unemployment (she hasn’t really had a steady gig since “Spin City”) I’m not all surprised either.

Meanwhile, former “OC” star Mischa Barton could be eyeing her return to Television. The actress has reportedly tested for a role on the new “Melrose”, according to Zap2it.com. The network was apparently dead-keen to have Barton play the titular role in “Gossip Girl” a couple of years back; seems she’s still in-demand.
