David Carradine did not commit suicide - nor did a secret society have him bumped off - according to the medical examiner who oversaw the autopsy on the "Kill Bill" star. NY-based pathologist Michael Baden says Carradine died from asphyxiation.

"The cause of death was asphyxiation, an inability to breathe, now why that happened is still what we're working on," Baden told Reuters.

Baden adds, "He didn't die of natural causes, and he didn't die of suicidal causes from the nature of the ligatures around the body, so that leaves some kind of accidental death".

It's assumed that Carradine died of accidental autoerotic asphyxiation.
