From Academy Award® winners Graham King and Martin Scorsese (The Departed) comes the story of Queen Victoria’s early rise to power. From an object of a royal power-struggle to her romantic courtship and legendary marriage to Prince Albert, Golden Globe winner Emily Blunt gives a stunning performance as the young Victoria.

Featuring an outstanding ensemble cast including Rupert Friend (Cheri, Pride and Prejudice), Paul Bettany (The DaVinci Code), Miranda Richardson (Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire), and Jim Broadbent (Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince), the project was introduced to the filmmakers by Sarah Ferguson, The Duchess of York, who also serves as a producer on the film.
