Part-time Seattle Grace Doc Patrick Dempsey has signed to star in a new heist comedy from the writers of “The Hangover”, says The Hollywood Reporter.

Jon Lucas and Scott Moore’s script calls for the “Grey’s Anatomy” star to play a man caught in the middle of two different robberies at the same bank who tries to protect a bank teller with whom he's secretly in love (hmmm, so it’s a remake of Travolta/Newton-John ‘classic’ “Two of a Kind”, then?).

Paul McGuigan ("Lucky Number Slevin") directs.
