John Whitesell has once again been appointed the official fatsuit ironer over at Fox’s “Big Momma’s House”.

According to Production Weekly, the director of the hit, er, comedy (hmmm…. debatable) “Big Momma’s House 2” will once again occupy the director’s chair on the highly-anticipated [at crèches, anyway] “Big Momma’s House 3”.

Whitesell (who, if memory serves me right, I talked to for “Deck the Halls” a couple of years back) has also been developing a remake of the Bill Murray classic, “Meatballs”.

“Big Momma’s House 3”, which is bound to get Martin Lawrence’s career back-on-track (right!?), begins production mid-April in Atlanta.
