Baywatch coming Summer 2011!

The long-gestating “Baywatch” film – originally in development at Dreamworks, with Eli Roth (“Hostel”) directing – is inching closer to the big screen, says Risky Business.
Now set up at Paramount, with Jeremy Garelick (“The Break-Up”) set to direct, it’s “Baywatch” just garnered the services of scribes Brian Gatewood and Alessandro Tanaka.
The project – which will see the show’s original producing team lend a hand, thus almost ensuring cameos by some of the show’s original stars (my money’s on David Hasselhoff and Pamela Anderson) – is looking to splash into theaters Summer 2011.
