Damon aboard Alien prequel

Mike Fleming is reporting that “Lost” co-creator Damon Lindelof is doing a polish on Ridley Scott’s “Alien” prequel.

Lindelof, who is currently writing the “Star Trek” sequel with Bob Orci and Alex Kurtzman, is said to have jumped at the chance because of his love for the 1979 classic.

It’s likely the TV fave will have quite a few months to work on the script – director Ridley Scott will likely shoot another film before he heads back to Space.
