I think it's gotta be Shaq, but I know there are some other goof-balls in the NBA... who's the best prankster if you had to choose?

Shaq has nothing on the Sacramento Kings. They were 17-65 last year and the league still recognizes them as a professional team. If that's not a successful prank, I'm not sure what is.
